Hardhead Charters LLC — Terms of Service

Welcome to Hardhead Charters LLC. By booking a trip, visiting our website, or utilizing our guide services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your charter.

• Booking & Deposits: All charters require a deposit to secure your date and time. Remaining balances are due on or before the day of the trip.

• Weather & Cancellations: Safety is our top priority. The Captain reserves the right to cancel or postpone any trip due to inclement weather, unsafe water conditions, or mechanical issues. In the event of a weather cancellation by the Captain, your deposit will be refunded or rescheduled for a later date.

• Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made at least [Number] days prior to the scheduled trip will receive a full refund of the deposit. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

• Fishing Licenses: All passengers aged 17 and older must possess a valid Texas fishing license with a saltwater endorsement prior to departure, per state law.

• Code of Conduct & Liability: Hardhead Charters LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal equipment (phones, cameras, sunglasses, etc.). The Captain reserves the right to terminate any trip immediately without refund if a passenger engages in unsafe, illegal, or unruly behavior.
