By engaging with Hardhead Charters LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following operational policies and waiver parameters:

Assumption of Risk: Fishing and boating involve inherent risks, including but not limited to rough water, moving boat equipment, hooks, and changing weather conditions. All passengers board and participate at their own risk and will be required to sign a standard liability waiver prior to departure.
Alcohol & Substance Policy: For the safety of everyone on board, the consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Alcohol is permitted in moderation, but the Captain holds absolute authority to terminate the charter immediately if any guest becomes overly intoxicated or poses a safety hazard.
Catch & Bag Limits: All fish caught remain subject to Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) bag and size limits. We clean and bag legal-limit catches as part of our service, practicing responsible conservation on the water.
Pricing & Modifications: Charter rates, trip inclusions, and scheduling are subject to change. Confirmed bookings are locked in at the rate quoted at the time of reservation.
